What do you look for in a potential filing?

Novelty, non-obviousness, and a clear description of what the invention actually is. We often find claim pathways that prior assessments missed — particularly in natural-compound and biological process work.

Do you work with academic groups and startups?

Yes — both. Academic labs often have protectable work they haven't filed. Startups often have weak or incomplete filings. We work with both situations.
